Last Updated: May 23, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WouldSwipe, including our website, Android app, APIs, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, uploading photos, buying or earning credits, rating photos, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you can legally agree to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account, impersonate another person, create accounts using false or unauthorized information, or use another user's account without permission.

4. Photo Uploads and User Content

You keep ownership of photos and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant WouldSwipe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, process, analyze, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Service.

You represent that you have all rights needed to upload your content and that your content does not violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.

You must not upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, abusive, hateful, deceptive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful. You must not upload photos of minors or photos of people who have not consented where consent is required.

5. Ratings and Feedback

WouldSwipe provides subjective community feedback about dating profile photos. Ratings are opinions from users or generated activity used to operate and test the Service. We do not guarantee dating outcomes, profile performance, compatibility, attractiveness, or any specific result from using the Service.

You agree to rate photos honestly and respectfully and not to manipulate ratings, automate voting, harass users, or interfere with the rating queue.

6. Credits, Purchases, and Refunds

The Service may use credits to receive ratings or access features. Credits may be purchased, earned, granted as a bonus, or spent according to rules shown in the Service. Credit balances and rules may vary by account, promotion, platform, or product version.

Purchased credits are digital items used inside the Service. Unless required by law or platform policy, purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered or used. If purchases are made through Google Play, Google Play's payment and refund policies may also apply.

We may correct credit balances affected by technical errors, abuse, chargebacks, unauthorized activity, or policy violations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activity includes:

  • violating laws, third-party rights, or these Terms;
  • uploading unauthorized, harmful, explicit, or misleading content;
  • scraping, reverse engineering, attacking, overloading, or bypassing security controls;
  • creating fake engagement, manipulating votes, or abusing credits;
  • using the Service to harass, shame, identify, or target another person;
  • attempting to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, remove, disable, or restrict content or accounts at our discretion, including where we believe content or activity violates these Terms, creates legal risk, harms users, threatens Service security, or degrades Service quality. We may suspend or terminate accounts and remove credits where abuse or fraud is detected.

9. Demo, Test, and Generated Accounts

The Service may include demo, test, sample, or generated accounts and photos to test product behavior, populate queues, and demonstrate functionality. These accounts are not intended to represent real users unless clearly indicated otherwise.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may depend on third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, email, mobile app distribution, or other functionality. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Intellectual Property

WouldSwipe and its software, branding, designs, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as allowed by these Terms or law.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that ratings will be accurate or useful for your specific goals.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WouldSwipe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
